What is a Manual Payment?

A manual payment is a record only. It does not actually move any funds, but rather it can help track payments that are made outside of Confido Legal.

Examples of when to use a Manual Payment

• A client pays with check, cash, Zelle™️, or other payment app and you would like to record this payment in Confido Legal. This will apply the payment amount toward the outstanding balance for the client.
