How to Apply for a Gravity Legal Account without a Personal Guaranty
At Gravity Legal, our default account signup process involves a personal guaranty by the corporate signatory.
In order to apply to remove the personal guaranty, please submit the following items in addition to what's called for on the application:
- One additional month of banks statements (bringing the total to three consecutive months)
- Current balance sheet and year-to-date income statement
- Most recent tax return (only if applying to accept ACH)
The financials and tax return may be uploaded in the Upload Additional Documents section at the bottom of the Deposit Accounts tab (see screenshot below).
