At Confido Legal, our default account signup process involves a personal guaranty by the corporate signatory.

In order to apply to remove the personal guaranty, please submit the following items in addition to what's called for on the application:

  • One additional month of banks statements (bringing the total to three consecutive months)
  • Current balance sheet
  • Year-to-date income statement

These documents may be uploaded in the Add additional supporting documentation section at the top of the Review tab (see screenshot below), or via our secure upload page.
